The calorimetry conference is subsidizing the July 4th Fireworks Dinner Cruise and offering this premier five-hour social event at the discounted price of $125 per person for conferees and their guests. Considering the overall entertainment value and relatively modest cost (compared with the $200 list price) this event promises to be a memorable experience for all participants.
Conferees should reserve space for themselves and their accompanying persons on the July 4th Fireworks Dinner Cruise by completing the appropriate section of the Conference Registration Form online or submitting payment to the Secretary-Treasurer.
All reservations and payments for the July 4th Fireworks Dinner Cruise must be received no later than June 01, 2008 to ensure participation in this social event. This is a firm deadline after which the contracted spaces will be released to the general public. Reservations received after June 01, 2008 will be filled on a space available basis at the full list price of
$200 per person.
